National Parks Magazine Cover Story

  It's great to start a year with a cover. I hope it's a sign of what is to come in 2013.

In September 2012 I had the pleasure of shooting a story on sustainable food within the national parks system for the National Parks Magazine based in Washington DC. This assignment was all shot in San Francisco and Marin county mainly in the Golden Gate recreation area including areas such as the majestic Muir Woods National Monument, named after one of my personal heroes Scottish man John Muir. Thanks to my stellar editors Scott Kirkwood and Nicole Yin this was a perfect editorial assignment from start to finish. The story is currently running in the Winter 2013 edition of the magazine.
